Terms of Use

1. About Wattilla

Wattilla (wattilla.com) is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of battery energy storage (BESS) projects, systems, and services. It is operated by Anton Chesnov, a registered sole trader (Einzelunternehmer, GISA-Zahl 39894779, trade: Ankündigungsunternehmen) based at Erdberger Lände 26/2/22, 1030 Wien, Austria.

By accessing or using Wattilla you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform role

Wattilla is an information platform only. We do not act as a broker, agent, advisor, or party to any transaction between users. All negotiations, agreements, and transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller. Wattilla has no involvement in and accepts no responsibility for any deals made through the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a professional or business capacity to use Wattilla. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Listings

Users who post listings ("Sellers") are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content they submit. You must not post:

• ·False, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• ·Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• ·Projects you do not have the right to sell or represent.
• ·Spam or duplicate listings.

Wattilla reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Contact & communication tools

The "Contact seller" and "Send proposal" tools exist to reach out about a specific listing or request you are genuinely interested in — no account is required to use them. You must not:

• ·Send bulk, repetitive, or automated messages across multiple listings or requests.
• ·Use these tools to advertise unrelated products or services, or to harvest contact information.
• ·Use scripts, bots, or other automated means to submit messages.

Wattilla may rate-limit, block, or refuse messages from any email address, account, or IP address used to send unsolicited or abusive messages, without prior notice.

6. Credits

Certain actions on Wattilla (posting a listing or request, boosting a listing, unlocking a contact, or creating additional search agents) are paid for using platform credits, purchased in advance via Stripe.

• ·Credits are non-refundable — purchases are final and are not returned as money to your card or bank account.
• ·If an action fails due to a technical error on our side (for example, a listing that was charged for but not created), the credits spent are returned to your account balance as credits, not as a cash refund.
• ·Credits are valid for 14 months from the date they are added to your account. We will email you before any credits are due to expire. Credits that are not used within this period are forfeited.
• ·Your current balance, upcoming expiry dates, and full transaction history are always available under Account → Billing & Credits.

7. No warranties

Wattilla is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not verify the accuracy of listing data, the financial viability of projects, or the identity of users. Any reliance on information found on Wattilla is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wattilla and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from transactions initiated through Wattilla.

9. Intellectual property

The Wattilla name, logo, and platform design are the property of the operator. By posting content on Wattilla, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. You retain all ownership of your content.

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting wattilla.project@gmail.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wattilla after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
