Cut the time from questions to decisions you can act on: Dactana lets your energy teams ask business questions in their own words and get answers in minutes, not weeks. Every figure is independently verified before it reaches your board and your data never leaves your warehouse. Findings become assigned, tracked actions with the evidence attached. Faster decisions, fewer analyst bottlenecks and numbers you can stand behind.
Investors, developers and technical advisers often receive fragmented BESS evidence across data rooms, emails, studies, permits and public records — with no one layer reconciling it before senior specialists get involved. BiP Omega prepares that documentary and evidence layer before legal counsel, grid engineers, Independent Engineers or investment committees issue their substantive conclusions. It is independent, document-based pre-investment screening — upstream of specialist judgment, not a substitute for it. **When it enters** Before an LOI, before an acquisition price is set, and before a full diligence budget is committed — or as prepared input alongside a specialist's own review. **What the client receives** Depending on scope: evidence inventory, source provenance, document and version reconciliation, chronology and temporal-validity checks, a structured contradiction and gap register, materiality assessment, prioritized RFIs, and a specialist-ready handoff with source-linked findings. **What this does not substitute** - Not legal due diligence — no legal opinion is issued. - Not an Independent Engineer engagement, a bankability certification, or a code-compliance sign-off. - Not independent grid feasibility or power-flow modelling — no determination of available capacity or connection outcome. - No site visits, factory audits or field verification — the review is exclusively document-based. The client's own legal, grid, engineering or investment specialists retain the substantive professional conclusions. **Scope options** 1. BESS Red-Flag Screen — priority documentary domains: site control / land / lease evidence, zoning and planning, environmental decisions, permitting, project-company/SPV documentation, and data-room/public-source reconciliation. 2. Grid Connection Evidence & Study-Readiness Dossier — DSO/TSO/GPZ/POI documentary evidence, connection applications and conditions, grid correspondence, and temporal reconciliation of studies already provided. Excludes power-flow modelling, independent grid-feasibility determination, and any definitive capacity or connection conclusion. 3. Full Pre-Investment BESS Screen — integrates the domains above into one structured, traceable, source-linked record, within the same limits. **Who this is for** Investors, developers, buyers, Independent Engineers, Technical Advisers, Lenders' Technical Advisers, transaction advisers, and BESS consultancies needing external documentary capacity or diligence overflow. **Delivery model** BiP Omega is based in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and delivers remotely on international mandates — directly for investors and developers, or as external documentary capacity (overflow / white-label) for consultancies and specialist firms. No exclusivity implied or required. Project-based / scoped engagement: fixed fee set once scope, evidence volume and review objective are defined. **How to start a scope** Send the project location, approximate MW/MWh, project stage, review objective and approximate document/data-room volume. BiP Omega will return a proposed documentary scope and fee by email — no calls required.
Proximata is a Vienna-based technology agency specializing in bespoke solutions. One of its specialties is EU regulatory compliance data infrastructure for battery products — including stationary and industrial BESS above 2 kWh, which fall under Article 77 of the EU Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. From 18 February 2027, batteries in scope cannot be placed on the EU market without a registered Digital Product Passport (DPP). This is a fixed legal deadline, meaning non-compliant batteries risk market exclusion. The obligation sits with the economic operator that places the finished battery on the EU market: manufacturers, importers, and companies assembling or branding battery packs, including stationary storage systems. What we do: - Liability & readiness check — a free 30-minute assessment of whether the DPP obligation applies to a company's specific products - Compliance readiness audit — maps every required data point against what a company already holds, and identifies which supplier owns each data gap - Supplier data integration — normalizes battery data (cell composition, carbon footprint, identifiers) scattered across cell suppliers, module suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal ERP systems (CSV, EDI, API, PDF) into one validated stream - eIDAS verified-operator setup — the qualified electronic seal required before any passport can be registered, a prerequisite most manufacturers haven't started - Passport generation & registry submission — EN 18219/18220-conformant identifiers, GS1 Digital Link QR codes, EU DPP Registry submission - Managed compliance — ongoing data operations as further DPP fields phase in through 2028 Our role is providing technical and data-engineering services. Liability determinations should be confirmed with the client's own counsel. We work alongside existing DPP software platforms rather than requiring clients to replace them. Markets served: Austria (HQ, Vienna), with clients across the DACH, Benelux and Poland region. The underlying EU Battery Regulation obligation applies EU-wide. Selected Experience: Bespoke Digital Product Passport solution developed for sustainista: One of our collegues has won a hackathon where he developed a bespoke Digital Product Passport, which later became a prototype for our current product. Details are available upon request. AI module for a national government audit information system: Loaders for three national classifiers and ~27 statutory reporting forms, plus natural-language assistants over that corpus. Architecture splits a deterministic core from an agentic shell, allowing the system to remain functional even without an LLM. Company Brain (our own product): Knowledge-infrastructure system with agentic layer. Local-first knowledge graph, embedded database, hybrid + symbol-aware search, source-attributed answers, MCP integration, scheduled re-index, health diagnostics. AI layer for energy performance certificates and renovation planning: A solution to automate creating of energy performance certificates according to a given floor plan. Multi-tenant platform, document AI, OCR and computer vision over unstructured plans, scans and photographs.
