NEBO (nebo.energy) is a Warsaw-based renewable energy developer with over 7 years of market experience and more than 2.5 GW of total capacity developed across photovoltaic, wind and energy storage projects. In 2023 Nebo sold a 100 MW / 16-project solar PV portfolio to hep Global (Germany), continuing its development to Ready-to-Build stage under a development service agreement — a track record directly relevant to the type of transaction offered here. This listing offers a portfolio of 7 stand-alone battery energy storage (BESS) development sites across Poland, presented together as a single opportunity. Combined installed power of 93.5 MW with 50 MW of grid connection capacity already secured for charging and discharging. Land is controlled at every site and grid connection conditions have been granted at all 7; at 3 of the 7 (Śmigiel, Bydgoszcz, Środa Wielkopolska), Nebo has already progressed to a signed grid connection agreement — the stronger bankability milestone. Storage duration is configurable at each site, either 2h or 4h. Every site connects into a 110/15kV GPZ substation operated by Enea or Energa, with the project itself connecting at the 15kV side.
